We do offer bi weekly cuts its not recommended as it wont keep your lawn looking its best.
(Please note for bi weekly services there will be an extra charge per cut as it takes longer to service.)

Weekly vs Bi-Weekly
Weekly is the preferred way to go if you would like a well manicured lawn.
Bi-Weekly early in the year will look uneven do to some areas growing faster.
Weekly isn’t as much more as some might think. Atleast the way I do it. Look at more clarification in the weekly and bi-weekly tabs.

- Blowing grass of side walks, driveways and patios.
- Professional cut
- Side walk edging bi-weekly.
- No cost to put down fertilizer. (Only charge for the product.)
Weekly
Weekly cuts are based on End of April to Beginning of July to be cut every week.
Usually July and August some weeks can be skipped. ( This does depend on weather as 2023 the grass never stopped growing). Min. 20 cuts a season for weekly
Your price will not change when going to bi-weekly in the months listed above. Please note this is on my discretion.
Total amount of weeks usually being cut in a year for weekly service is 26-28 weeks
My weekly service usually cuts 20-24 cuts
Example . $35 dollar lawn, cutting it 22 times Would cost you for the season $770
Bi-Weekly
Bi-Weekly cuts include everything that weekly cuts get. They do cost more per cut due to the amount of time that's needed at the beginning of the year and sometimes end. A lot of times it has to be double cut. there also could be more grass clippings left over due to not being cut weekly. if you have any gates that aren't 38inchs or bigger this cant be offered because it has to be done with the bigger machines.
Approx 13 - 15 cuts a year
Example . $40 dollar lawn, cutting it 14 times Would cost you for the season $420
Fertilizer
For weekly or bi weekly clients i do not charge for the time it takes to put down the fertilizer. i just charge for the product that was used.
For a new client that needs lots of fertilizing where i will be on site for awhile there will be a small charge for the first time.
I use the fertilizer that you can buy from the store. I just apply it at the best times and change what the grass height will be cut at for the specific application.
I also recommend Weed Man as I've seen my clients that get there service have really good results when cut at the right height.

We use Mulching kit because the Grass clippings act as a natural fertilizer by returning nitrogen, phosphorous, potassium, and trace amounts of micro nutrients to your lawn.
» Mulching reduces the water needs of your lawn.
» It decreases lawn waste, making it the more environmentally friendly option.
» Grass clippings are over 80% water and decompose quickly. They will not add to thatch in the lawn.
